Ayer volví a ver Harry el sucio (Dirty Harry), con Clint Eastwood. Había olvidado lo buena que está la banda sonora de Lalo Schifrin. Llena de bases funk.

Esta banda ha logrado la máxima: sonar agarrados con poco volumen. En vivo son garantía. Sin hacer muchas maromas, logran que te involucres con la propuesta. Funkito sabrosón.

Según el sitio oficial, el nuevo disco saldrá a la venta en marzo de este año. Falta menos.

Gran tema. Lo que es amarrar con un buen puente. Han hecho versiones Sting, Lenny Kravitz, Kenny Rogers, Freddie King (muy clavado), John Wait (más hard rock) y José Feliciano, entre otros.

Un buen funk para levantar el sábado nublado. Hay varias versiones de este estándar, inclusive realizadas por el mismo Hancock. Aquí la más antigua que me encontré. Buena muestra de una base rítmica sencilla y sólida. Que la disfruten.
